Major Trauma Centre - St Mary’s Hospital, London
The treatment of Trauma in London is developing dramatically. St Mary’s, selected as one of four major trauma centres across the city, will be the hub for the North West London Trauma Network and a vital part the wider London-wide trauma system. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills and career in an environment designed to break new ground in every aspect of patient care - right from the start.
Acting as an expert practitioner and role model, you’ll encourage evidence-based practice while providing coaching, support and supervision to staff. This will see you lead the development of education and training programmes relating to every aspect of trauma care.
We’re looking for a registered nurse who can add recent, varied experience in a trauma or critical care setting to a track record of managing or supervising a clinical team. Highly motivated with the drive and initiative to work effectively in an environment of change, you’ll be able to communicate fluently with people from a range of backgrounds at all levels.
