Effective child protection is dependent upon agencies working together. It’s about sharing knowledge, identifying concerns as early as possible and being able to make the right interventions to keep children safe. You’ll be key to ensuring that all the right people and groups are around the table and crucially, that the right processes and practices are in place and training and development needs are met. A relevant professional qualification in health, social care or education will be matched by substantial experience in child protection. Above all, you’ll be committed to delivering the highest standards and enabling children and young people to fulfil their potential safe from harm.
