The service that we offer is varied therefore can be tailored to the individual need. This could include:
Personal Care
-This is assisting you to get out of bed in the mornings.
-Assisting you to go to bed at nights.
-Assistance with personal hygiene eg. Bathing
-Prompting you to take your medication if appropriate.
-Assistance with feeding.
-Incontinence management
Home Care/Domestic
-Light domestic cleaning
-Preparing and serving meals or snacks.
-Shopping.
-Collecting your pension.
Other Services
-Day or night sitting -Talking to you about important events in your life (counselling). -Arranging for someone to accompany you on trips, or simply to be a companion. -Helping you find interests to follow. -Putting you in touch with other clients who share similar interests -Palliative CareThe quality of service delivery is high priority for Beverley Martins Agency. - Regular review of Policies and Procedures eg. Health & Safety Policies.
- Review visits with service Users and interested parties.
- Regular visits to Service Users home by the company’s` supervisors to discuss how the service is being delivered.

- Annual questionnaire surveys.
